Ready, steady, cook….

This week, the children have been busy practising their culinary skills in Room 17. The children planned and made a delicious healthy mealthat included ingredients from several food groups. They made a delicious ‘healthy’ soup that included the main food groups; beans, parsnips, cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, onions and potatoes.
we had mixed opinions about the finished product but I was so impressed that every single child had a taste!
